How many years of experience does TM Photo Images have?

We have been in business since 1995 working both in the United States and in the UK.  We have been shooting weddings together since 2003.

What percentage of your business is dedicated to weddings?

Approximately 90% of our current business is wedding photography.  We also shoot family portraits, children's photos, senior pictures and boudoir photography. 

Do you have a professional studio?

We have a professional studio located in our home.

What type of equipment do you use?

We use FUGI S9000/S7000 digital cameras to shoot all our photos.  These are high resolution digital cameras that will offer you beautiful quality photos.

Do you bring backup equipment with you to weddings?

We always bring extra supplies and equipment.  We have over 3.5 GB of disk storage with us at all times.

What is your payment policy?

We request a 25% down payment to reserve your wedding date.  The balance may be made in payments prior to your wedding or paid in full on your wedding day.  We accept cash, check, or money order.  

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 90 day cancellation notice for a refund.  After 90 days there are no refunds available.
